Hildon is arguably Britain's snootiest water. The beautifully understated bottle is served at scores of first class hotel and resort properties, is seen on the dais at the Ryder Cup when the event is played in the UK, it graces picnic tables at polo matches, and is allegedly first choice at Buckingham. But the water itself is not in a class with the packaging. While the rest of Hildon's chemistry is fine, if unremarkable, this water has the unfortunate distinction of being highest in the nitrates at an extraordinary 26.5 mg/l. If the Queen Mother used Hildon to dilute her gin, we shouldn't be a bit suprised.
